FAQs and Program Details

What’s the difference between an esthetics program and a master esthetics program?

Master estheticians and estheticians are two separate licenses in Utah. As a master esthetician, you are often further qualified to work in more clinical or medical settings than just a licensed esthetician. Your Master Esthetics license means you have been trained in both basics and master processes.

Can I take your master esthetician program if I’m already a licensed esthetician?

Yes, we offer up to 400 transfer hours for a basic esthetician that wants to become a master. You will be required to take an assessment test to determine how many hours you may transfer.

Does Esteem Academy offer financial aid?

As an accredited school with NACCAS (the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences), Esteem Academy is able to offer federal financial aid to students who qualify. Our financial aid experts can help you find tuition assistance options that work for you.

What are the qualifications for application?

Students at Esteem Academy must have a completed high school education or equivalent in order to enroll. No prior experience in the beauty industry is required!

What do class schedules look like?

Classes typically begin every 15 weeks, and Esteem Academy offers both full and part-time schedules. The Master Esthetician 1,200 clock-hour program with the following schedules:

Full Time Days

9:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday with a 30 minute lunch.

Part Time Evenings

5:15pm – 10:00pm Monday – Thursday

How much does the master esthetics program cost?
